Manage, Lead and Control division to effectively achieve its role for the company and the company in the construction and maintenance of the company related infrastructure
To manage the segments regional portfolio of contracts
Utilizing appropriate knowledge and skills to ensure successful execution by meeting the objectives of scope

To provide specialised professional contract management in the field of OHTE and EL&P installations
Manage the safe working of all rehabilitation and new OHTE and EL and P projects
Qualifications and experience:
BSc Electrical Engineering – heavy current with 10 years’ experience or B. Tech Electrical Engineering with 12 years’ experience in Railway and/or Port environment is required
Minimum 5 years contracts or projects management experience
Must be registered with ECSA or eligible for registration

Key Accountabilities
Manage multiple projects
Establish initial needs and requirements of clients through detail, organizing and the provision of recommendations regarding alternatives to ensure client satisfaction
Ensure successful project execution and completion by managing cash flow, contract administration, safety responsibilities, site investigations, quality assurance, project team, time and financial management
Responsible for the management and control of tasks within time, cost and quality constraints against the background of knowledge and standard procedures and techniques
Maintain the balance between the technical effectiveness of solutions and acceptable costs, within available time span
Establish framework for execution of the project design and drawings, accurate tender documentation, detailed programming techniques, contract documentation and specification writing
Responsible for training and development of sub-ordinates
Be prepared to travel and work away from the depot for the duration of contracts
