Qualification:
Matric and or
Preferably Credit Management diploma

Skills & Experience:
Three to five years’ experience in debtor’s role
FMCG experience desired and advantage
Exposure to Accpac and or JDE

Job Description:
Actively liaise with the reps and customers with regards to outstanding money and arrange collections where required
Ensure that the maximum collections are achieved and review the AA regularly.
Hands on reconciliations of customer receipts on a daily basis and perform rebate calculations in accordance to customer allowance.
Take control of reconciliations of independent store accounts and ensure follow up with outstanding matters
Focus on solving any customer related queries and ensure effective and timeous resolution of queries.
Ensure regular follow up of stock credit clerks.
Make sure to be in consistent communication with credit manager regarding any disputable amounts.
Ensure the release of orders on hold.
Actively monitor credit limits and place order holds on accounts where required and obtain all information to allow credit manager to review credit limit.
Provide the credit manager with the monthly forecasting of collections.
Take responsibility for the balancing of month end statements and post to customers as required.
Provide assistance with general adhoc office duties.
