We are looking for an experienced creditors clerk who can assist us with the reconciliation of our larger supplier accounts. The ideal candidate should have:

Requirements:

• Matric
• Extensive experience in an accounts payables department as a creditors clerk
• Ability to process to suppliers invoices & credit notes
• Ability to perform robust reconciliations of supplier accounts and to appropriately evaluate reconciling differences
• Ability to supervise others e.g. data capturers
• Proficient on Sage Evolution (Pastel)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with suppliers
• Attention to detail
