Overview of the Role

The successful incumbent will develop a deep understanding of the data in Billing Systems, CRM Systems and SAP Systems to disseminate business and user requirements from the underlying data. The recruit will develop and Action Once off Reporting requirements from all African Subsidiaries. Identify and Automate as much of the above as possible where items are deemed to be repetitive. Manage the Service Desk Call Box for Operational Reporting requirements and ensuring the Junior Data Analysts are in control of their workloads. Feasibility investigations of new payment methods in Africa. Compile Africa business information and make available to management and develop and Support Africa Management Reports.

Knowledge

- A relevant 3 year Degree of Equivalent
- 5-10 years SQL knowledge
- 1-2 years Oracle SQL would be advantageous
- 5-10 years Microsoft SQL Server including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
- 2-5 years SAS or R Experience would be highly advantageous
- Dashboarding Experience would be advantageous in Tableau, QlikView or equivalent tools
- Master Data Management experience would be advantageous
- 2-5 years Business Intelligence experience
- 2-5 years Business Analysis experience
