My client , a leading bank based in Johannesburg is currently looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Associate/Deal Maker to join their team. Requirements: The candidate must be a qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of 7 years' Post-Article experience. Mergers & Acquisitions experience as well as Deal Making experience is non-negotiable. The candidate must also have Due Dilligence, Capital Raisings and Financial Modelling exposure. Must have a verifiable deal making track record and a proven network from which to source deals. Must have the capacity to source deals outside of the current client database (Business Development).
