Our Client, based in Fourways, requires the services of an efficient and proactive Debtors Clerk to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements

Head and shoulders photograph together with updated CV
Grade 12 Certificate with accounting as a subject
Computer literate in SAP Accounting
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Proven track record in debtor’s position with CONTACTABLE LANDLINE REFERENCES ESSENTIAL!
5 years’ work experience in the Debtors field
Experienced in Credit Control
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
Police Clearance Certificate

Key Responsibilities

Month end reporting
Age analysis reporting
Collating paperwork – purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, statements
Reconciliations and timeous collections in order to optimise cash flow
Invoicing and processing of credit notes
Handling of queries and/or claims
Process credit applications
