Capturing purchase orders and invoices.
Verifying invoicing and monitoring the approval process until paid.
Keeping a reconciliation of creditors account.
Recons
Statements
Progress claims
Receipt Allocation
Debt Collecting
Imports and Export Experience
Contracts
Matriculated.

Financial Background min 5 years Debtors experience

Experience with account reconciliation

Excel skills - Must

Salary Up to R25 000.00

Working hours Monday to Friday 07:00 - 18:00
