Qualification:

BSc/B.Eng in Electrical Engineering

PR.ENG (essential)


Skills & Experience:

Design experience within building services sector

Design lighting, power layouts, CCTV, access control, fire detection/intruder detection and BMS systems

Project auditing

Signing off designs and completed projects

Liaising with the subcontractors and contractors on site, compiling of tender documentation and control cost and/or budgets

Supervising and mentoring Senior, Junior Engineers and Draughtsman

Portfolio of projects completed (hotels and data centres will be looked at first)
