This engineering consultancy is growing rapidly and is aiming to double its staff compliment within the next 5-10 years. Qualification:
BSc/BEng/BTech: Electrical Engineering
Pr.ENG/ Pr. Tech (essential)

Skills & Experience:
Overall management of the electrical building services division
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Delegating projects to Junior Engineers and design mentorship programs to ECSA Registration
Design of electrical and electronic services including lighting and small power layouts, CCTV, access control, fire detection, nurse call and public address systems
Full Project Management (Inception to completion)
Liaising with contractors, compiling tender documentation and budget control cost
6 – 8 years’ experience

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the electrical building services division, building and maintaining relationship with clients, delegating projects to Junior Engineers and mentor junior staff to ECSA Registration. Other duties will include the design of electrical lighting and small power layouts, electronic services including CCTV, access control, fire detection, nurse call and public address systems. Typical projects that you will be working on include hotels, office blocks, shopping malls, hospitals, call centres and theme parks.
