Qualification:

Matric

Electronic/Electrical Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering


Skills & Experience:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in electronic equipment manufacturing, servicing and repairing environment

Knowledge of embedded networks

CAN bus

RS232

SPI

I2C

USB

Ethernet

GSM

Wi-Fi

Ability to analyse electronic circuit diagrams

Knowledge of basic building blocks of a computer system

Understanding of digital systems and microprocessors

Component level fault diagnoses and repairs

Electronic assembly/production experience

Field maintenance experience

Linux and Windows Operating Systems

Valid and clean Driver’s license

Job Description:

Perform Support, installations, maintenance

Repair and/or work on any computer related equipment that supports the business

Maintenance on all laptops, desktops, communications equipment (digital & IP phones), tablets (e.g. iPad’s), smart phones (e.g. Blackberry’s, iPhone’s, Android’s), printers, local area networks, wide area networks

Manufacturing, servicing and repairing of equipment

Assist Field Maintenance Technicians remotely
