Please note this position requires guides with Full FGASA Level 2 and FULL Trails.This stunning lodge is in need of a first class guide to undertake daily game drives, bush walks and trails and host the guests for the entirety of their stay at the Lodge. The successful candidate must have a passion for nature, animals, conservation and the environment. The Lodge is very keen on creating a holistic experience offering their guests the ultimate bush experience and so the candidate would preferably have knowledge and experience in traditional African culture and activities.Acute attention to detail is key to this role along with a skill of recognising the needs of the guests and offering them a unique experience.The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:3-5 years experience guiding in a 5* establishmentFGASA L3 preferred or a minimum of FGASA L2Full trailsARH (POSLEC)Valid PDP and a valid drivers licence (Code 10)Must be a South African citizenDEAT registeredTHETA registeredValid First Aid CertificateOff-road driving in 4x4 vehiclesOwn transportBe a general all-round happy people personA positive attitudeWillingness to learn and take on responsibilityExperience in using a radioThe position is available immediately.
