R900K-R1,2MIL – Permanent Position
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Tertiary Education in Finance/Accounting Degree essential BCom; BSc; Honours etc
At least 10-15 years experience
At least 5 years experience in a similar role in a Logistics/Distribution environment advantageous
Full financial management function
Computer Literate in MS Office and ERP systems
Competencies include business acumen, strategic planning, decision making, management and organisational skills.

Requirements:
Management reporting
Staff management
Responsible for full financial function including Management Accounts, Budgeting and Planning, statutory legal reporting and costing of departments.
Financial administration and management of subsidiary
• Set up financial systems and control procedures
• Financial reporting to Board of Directors (Head Office)
• The Financial Manager will be responsible and accountable for all financial activities of the subsidiary
•The Financial Manager's function includes:
1. Budgeting and Reporting
2. Projects and Contracts
3. Monthly Management accounts, Journals and Reconciliations
4. Year end
5. Stock Controls
6. HR Duties
7. Customer Liaisons
