REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have Forex experience preferably bureau de change or banks
• Experience in buying and selling foreign notes
• Experience in dealing with telephonic Forex queries
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Rulings/Excon & AML Rulings
• Knowledge and experience of Money Transfer Services
• Ability to count money, cashing up and balancing
• Knowledge and experience of Treasury Management within and between branches
• Computer literate with knowledge and experience on Foreign exchange software
• Excellent negotiation skills essential
• Commitment to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service
• Able to liaise with management at all levels
• Enthusiastic and positive approach
• Immediately available

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Rates management : Setting rates for retail and corporate/business clients, updating rate boards in branches and ongoing monitoring of competitor rates
• Preparing Quotes and Deals for larger customers : Closing deals with various customers and institutions, providing quotes to customers and obtaining quotes from other financial institutions
• Stock Analysis : Monitor and maintain branch stock levels of currency and ensure branches are adequately stocked at all times
