Looking for a Senior German speaking Inbound Tour Consultant.

Experience:
Matric
At least 4-5 years’ experience in travel and tourism at a senior level handling inbound bookings
Tertiary qualification in Tourism preferred
Working experience with Tourplan or similar booking system
General product knowledge on Southern Africa
Must be able to read, write and speak German fluently

Duties:
Develop relationships with agents
Generate sales to agents
Design, develop and plan guests’ journeys
Quote journeys (product and services) accurately and timeously
Book and cancel journey (products and services) accurately and timeously
Review guest travel documentation
Administer confirmed bookings in a logical manner and in accordance with company procedure
