Excellent communication skills.- Managing and overseeing that all housekeeping and laundry staff perform their duties- Drawing up monthly duty roster- Signing staff on duty on a daily basis- Ensuring that all chalets are cleaned timeously- Controlling housekeeping budget- Conducting housekeeping stock taking on a quarterly basis- Replacing of all cleaning materials and shortage of equipment
