Senior HR Administrator
(Permanent)

Job Purpose
To contribute to the provision of quality of HR service to employees and line management by delivering administrative and general HR support and assistance as a Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment processes through management of Organizational requirements;
• HRIS through effective and corrective management of Personnel systems;
• Increasing awareness through HR Service delivery models;
• Management of Reward and Recognition programs (Wellness);
• Learning and Development management and attendance to requirements in line with Organizational Budgets;
• Workforce Planning support to Management;
• Absenteeism management;
• Benefit Management;
• Leave and processing management;
• Contractual Management of appointment;
• Effective Induction program management.
Minimum requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12;
• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources;
• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience as Generalist.

• Financial administration understanding and skills;
