Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Post graduate degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology.
• Registered psychometrist.
• 5-7 years HR generalist experience within an insurance or financial services environment.
• Min of 3 years management experience

The purpose of the role is to partner with leaders and the HCM head to assess business
requirements and develop and implement holistic HR solutions that empower the business to
achieve the strategic objectives

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the implementation of HR solutions
Develop partnerships with business leaders to determine their HR needs
Develop, plan and implement HR solutions in collaboration with the HR Head
