Requirements
• 3 Year degree, Training and Development, HRM diploma or an equivalent qualification

• Hands-on experience in a Training Role and working with complex SETA grant projects
• A thorough understanding of the Skills Development Act is essential
• Knowledge of BBBEE Skills Development element will be advantageous
• Dealing with (internal and external) training providers
• Operating in a unionised and fast paced manufacturing environment
• Working with a large diverse client base

Responsibility
Responsible for assisting various entities with achieving the strategic training direction of the organisation.
