Senior Accounts Executive (Senior Management Role)
We are urgently recruiting for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our clients team and drive their customer account relationships forward. Our Client is a leading international company known for their excellent culture. Within their Senior Management Team they are currently looking to fill a Senior Accounts Executive vacancy to manage their biggest client. (Key Account Management on senior/strategic level within FMCG industry)

Key responsibilities will also include:
• Strategic Relationship Management - Use your commercial management skills to enable strategic discussions
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer account
• Be responsible for the external and internal development of the assigned Key Accounts
• Develop and perpetuate activity (Gross Margin) with the existing Key Account and acquire new traffics / activities through individual prospecting actions
• Be responsible for Customer Development Plan set up and maintenance for the assigned Key Account, in coordination with the direct and functional reporting lines
Desired Skills & Experience
This is an experienced hire position. The successful candidate must have a strong track record in a similar role, preferably within an international organization.
• Appropriate tertiary qualification – degree in Business Management, Sales, Logistics or similar
• Post graduate qualification is a strong advantage
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power-point, MS Project
• Professional experience & know how : 10 years'+ Previous Key Account management experience within FMCG space
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Experience working in partnership with Sales required.
• Dynamic and decisive, highly collaborative, with ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience presenting recommendations to executives on a routine basis
• Solid business acumen

o Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Johannesburg
