Senior Kitchen Manager / Chef needed for new Restaurant opening in Midrand. Candidates must have 6+ years kitchen management and/or senior Chef experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Will be expected to open and run the complete kitchen operation. Must have strong staff management and training skills. Must have contactable references. R 16 – 20k nett.
