They specifically focus on Wealth Management, Asset Management and Insurance solutions for individuals, families and enterprises. looking to hire a HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICES - INVESTMENTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Strategic utilisation of existing infrastructure and resources
? Effectively manage employment costs
? Providing input on infrastructure and business processes to improve efficiency and quality service
? Distribution, monitoring, evaluating and analysing of all incoming work
? Management of Client Service Team and their day to day business
? Consistent feedback and statistical reporting to CEO: Product and Services
? Maintaining strong and essential relationships across all Business Units and with all clients and financial advisors
? Monitoring, evaluating and analysing of all incoming and outgoing calls / Responsible for all telephonic communication to clients and financial advisors
? Maintaining, enhancing and ensuring the quality of service to all clients and financial advisors
? Minimise operational losses and risks
? Process engineering and optimisation in order to improve and enhance the client Services function

Requirements:
> Financial Degree
> CFP
> 5 years in a call centre environment - FINANCE
> Certificate & Experience in management & Training
> SOLID knowledge & Experience: TCF, POPI, RDR, FICA, FAIS
> Knowledge of Legislation, regulations: Long Term Insurance Act, FAIS, FICA, Pension Fund Act, Financial Markets Act, POPI, CPA, TFC
> Stockbroking
> Investment platforms
