Senior Manager Partner Relations - Pretoria
Reports to: Executive: Contracts and Operations

JOB SUMMARY
? This role supports and assists the Executive: Contracts and Operations to develop and implement policies, procedures and methodologies. Manage and build relationships with loyalty program partners and drive customer acquisitions.
? This role also drive development and retention by creating focused efforts to build and communicate compelling offerings for members whilst managing all loyalty program contracts to ensure service delivery of appropriate products through service provider networks.
? This role acts as the Key Account Manager for the loyalty program and partners.

Qualification and Requirements

? At least a 3 year Degree, Diploma or NQF equivalent in Marketing or Commerce
? Computer literacy (MS office)
? At least 7 years work experience, including loyalty program
? At least 2 years management experience.
? Understand all aspects of the contracting process and good commercial sense is a must
? Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
? Must be willing to travel at short notice
? Must be willing to work late when required
? Knowledge of the South African medical scheme industry (Advantageous)
