Senior Manager - Special Projects

Description: Senior Manager Special Projects “ Groom-ship position (Executive Development Programme ) An exciting opportunity to join the ranks of one of SA’s leading Manufacturing and Distribution Group in order to develop into Senior management Purpose: The programme is in place to groom EE candidates into Senior Management within the group. Groom-ship process takes up to 36 months but also heavily depends on the incumbents pace into making the transition. The position is based in Gauteng , though the candidate could travel nationally for various assignments.

The standard pre-requisites:
Requirements: · MBA/L graduates with preferably mechanical and electrical engineering background – chemical engineering may be considered depending on industry experience (ie must come from an engineering concern eg engineering consumable manufacturers) (this is a must and is non-negotiable)
· Must either come from manufacturing, distribution, engineering, mining, or steel sector
· Must have business development experience

Salary starting from: R500 000 CTC pa (negotiable depending on current earnings), over and above this comes a petrol card and group incentive scheme.
