Successful candidate will ensure that the technical architectures in company Hosting Services are aligned to the strategic objectives of the company Hosting Department and Government Wide Technology Reference Models, Technology Standards, Principles and Strategies.

Responsibilities

• Resource Management (i.e. budget/finances, asset/equipment and staff)
• The oversight and quality assurance and development of processes to guide the development, implementation, maintenance and support of technical architectures
• The quality assurance of proposals for solutions and services offered to customers
• The quality assurance tender specifications
• Portfolio Management
• Research and Development
• Strategic Direction, Standards and Guidelines

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent (NQF level and credits)
• Must have atleast 8-10 Years ICT operations/ ICT development of technology solutions of which 3-5 years in technology architecture and 5 years must be at managerial level. TOGAF 9 Certification
