Your key job responsibilities as the Senior Manager in Jersey, Channel Islands:

• Responsible for a profit and loss which has a 4-year target. The first year being £600,000. This will include Regulation as well as AIFMD
• Building a Regulation team. This will require coaching, upskilling and appraising on individual engagements
• Set objectives for the team in collaboration with the relevant Partner
• Report to the Partner as CI Regulatory Leader
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of work performed on engagements so that CI Advisory quality standards are met. This will include checking files are completed and documented to the expected standard within expected documentation timelines
• Work with relevant Partners to be responsible for the overall Regulation team and service offering
• Responsible for supporting the UK firm in delivering the AM regulatory offering with focus on AIFMD

Requirements for this Senior Manager job in Jersey, Channel Islands:

• Hold a relevant professional qualification
• Have experience of management of the audit from planning to supervision and review of the process
• Have flexibility in your approach to meeting goals as part of the team
• Have the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
• Have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships
• Take a proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
• Experience of interacting with senior level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships. Experience of IFRS, UK GAAP (including FRS 101/102) and international standards on auditing would be required
• Deliver budgets, build and develop the team, and to ensure quality on all engagements in line the RM policies
