Your job responsibilities as the Senior Marketing Manager in Cape Town will include

- Design, implement and manage marketing programs focusing on building awareness and consumer engagement
- Manage marketing content and communications review and approval processes
- Assesses and interprets consumer needs, mindset and barriers to adoption
- Develop the necessary metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication plans
- Represent marketing and the consumer experience on cross functional team
- Manage marketing budget, delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget
- Work with internal marketing and creative services to meet program objectives
- Develop communications content, tailored to the specific medium and audience requirements
- Manage and maintain communications content using established writing and design standards / guidelines

Requirements for this Senior Marketing Manager job in Cape Town:

- Relevant degree
- 5+ years in Marketing and / or Advertising
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing strategies and plans that achieve results in changing consumer behavior
- 5+ years of experience managing large projects and / or leading multi - departmental workgroups
- Exemplary communication and organization skills
- Marketing experience within a matrix organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
