Qualification:

BSc / BEng / BTech in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Pr. Eng / Pr. Tech Eng (essential)



Skills & Experience:

Large scale HVAC Systems Design

Wet Services Design experience

Fire Design experience (advantageous)

Proven record of having run large scale projects in the built environment

Financial Control

A good understanding of Project Bidding procedures

Tender Documentation

Experience managing junior design staff

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Building Services



Job Description:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will report directly to the HOD of the Building Services Department. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all the engineering specific elements of the complete Project Life Cycle for commercial, residential, healthcare and possibly green building projects.
