SENIOR MEDICAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT


A very busy and established National Medical Recruitment company with an excellent reputation needs an energetic, hardworking professional consultant to recruit Sales, Marketing, Clinical, IT & Support staff for the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices companies in South Africa.
Must be target Driven, Must be able to take initiative, Must be a leader
Must have supervisory skills, you will be monitoring and motivating current staff to reach their targets and the branch targets as well as your own.
Actively seek, identify, analyse and present new business.
Must have Negotiation skills
Full Computer Literacy
Drivers Licence and own car – non-negotiable
Must be committed to achieving daily and monthly activity targets
You will be taking over a large Bluechip existing client portfolio
Bilingualism will be a definite advantage

Experience
Must have 4 to 5 years successful Recruitment experience in a professional industry
Recruitment in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry DEFINITE Advantage
Must have at least 3 years sales experience

Remuneration – Basic salary plus highly favourable commission
