A fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll/HR Administrator to join an upmarket school in the Southern Suburbs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing of all salary input and month end payments
- Responsible for the take on and exit process of all employees
- Maintaining of confidential employee records
- All aspects of medical aid, pension and disability claims
- Administration of all aspects of long service (letters, gifts, payments, tea etc.) and long leave
- Increase letters (spreadsheets, total cost to company schedules)
- Administering of all internal loans and garnishee orders
- Liaising with all levels of staff, pensioners and service providers
- Annual preparation and submission to SARS of all IRP5’s and annual PAYE recompilations
- Utilizing spreadsheets in order to collate & manage data for reporting purposes.
- Preparation and submission of all salary surveys, Employment Equity Reports and Work Skills Plans and Repor
- Medical Aid – staff guidance, administration, reconciliation, payment
- Pension, Gratuity, Disability Claims
- Preparation and submission of annual Workmen’s compensation report
- Liaising with all staff

Experience
- VIP Payroll experience as well as relevant accounting experience
- A thorough working knowledge of MS Excel, and MS Word,
- Minimum grade 12 and/or 5 years experience in a similar position
