Qualification:
BSc Degree or relevant IT Diploma

Skills & Experience:
A minimum 5 years proven experience in developing high volume websites

Experience in:
PHP - framework experience
JavaScript - framework experience
A strong understanding of object oriented design and coding
Experience with content management systems
SQL
XML, XSL
CSS, W3C DOM
AJAX
HTML, DHTML
Web Services/SOAP/NuSOAP

Core Tasks:
You will receive specifications from the client team that will need to be able to fulfil. You will be writing, testing and implementing programs and you will need to be able to source appropriate solutions to problems and resolve inquiries and bugs. A strong sense of leadership skills will be required from you as you will mentor less senior developers.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in team leading as mentoring of Junior Developers will be one of your core tasks. The primary focus of this position is to develop and maintain software that supports programs for the clients of this company. You should have a very strong understanding and knowledge base of PHP as well as relational databases. You will need to be a self-motivated, innovative individual who has strengths in interpreting and perceiving requirements and is comfortable with working independently.
