1. Highly Competent in PHP / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis and the surrounding technologies
2. Moderately competent with HTML / CSS / JavaScript and the associated ecosystem
3. Working knowledge and demonstrable experience with unit tests (TDD / BDD / load testing and performance advantageous)
4. Extensive experience with git, Linux, scripting, grunt, gulp, composer, and complete confidence with the command line
5. Relevant degree ESSENTIAL
