Senior Project Manager Position is available with a great company in the Durban area. The client is looking for someone with a background in Development who has leadership characteristics, high sense of urgency and a team player.

Responsibilities:
• Time, Cost and Profit management of projects
• Manage Project financials
• Managing customer relations
• Lead and direct multiple projects
• Setting standards for programming tools and techniques
• Technical responsibility for software development process
• Assign work to programming staff whilst monitoring performance and providing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in IT Software Development
• 7-10 years’ experience in PM with special attention to Software Development
• Experience in Development using Oracle
• ERP Systems Experience
• Financial Management experience
• People Management and Risk Management experience
• PM Methodology knowledge
• Theoretical and Practical PM knowledge
• Background in software development and program management is advantageous
