Senior Project Manager

SUMMARY

You will be identifying, supervising, and coordinating external resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site activities. Additionally, you will oversee and manage internal resources to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take on the overarching role of managing Industrial Services (IS) projects, starting from the tender award or handover phase and continuing through contract execution, encompassing commissioning and the eventual handover to the client, services, or operations team.
Cultivate and sustain a constructive and transparent rapport with the client, suppliers, subcontractors, and fellow team members.
Assume complete responsibility and be answerable for the successful and punctual conclusion of all projects, covering various facets such as contractual obligations, procurement, engineering, technical requirements, and financial considerations.
Guarantee the execution and adherence to the technical and financial facets stipulated in the client contract that has been officially signed.
Oversee efficient project contract management by promptly issuing any necessary notifications per the project contract. This includes variations, extensions of time, and other contractual prerequisites.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

BTech/BSc in the Engineering field (CIVIL. MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING)
At least 3 – 5 years in Project Engineering in the same or related industry
Project Management Certification will be an advantage
Commercial experience with Besproke, FIDIC, NEC AND GCC types of contracts will be an advantage.
