Fully acquainted with contractual documentation, understand the implications and consequences of contractual provisions

Prepare cost estimates for construction projects to assist management in bidding on or determining price of product or services.

Provides daily updated information and compile reports and certificates to/with site management; write up monthly payment certificates; records additional work and variation claims. Establish full control of costing system and change in scope of work.
