On top of the basic salary a cell-phone allowance and after-hours Internet Connectivity allowance paid by the company as well as AA rate per kilometer will be paid for business travel.

Besides the basic salary, very lucrative commissions will be paid on own recruitment. The successful incumbent will also receive Team Performance Bonuses, Agency profit share as well as lucrative annual performance bonuses. The successful incumbent will determine his/her own income.

The basic salary will be reviewed after the probationary period.

A leading Transnational Executive Search, Recruitment and Human Resources Company in Africa has a vacancy for a developmental senior role. The company is looking for a senior recruitment consultant / recruitment consultant to join its West Rand (Roodepoort) as team leader to manage international clients. The successful incumbent will be developed to Managing Executive level should performance criteria be met. Career development could see the successful incumbent reach junior partner level in a short period. Longer-term career development could see the successful incumbent reach Senior Partner level as well as earning a directorship on group board level.

The successful applicant will typically be a highly driven achiever that will work very long hours and who is willing to build a highly successful career.

Minimum Requirements:

• Females will be given preference.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Highly intelligent, well presented self-starter, outgoing and spontaneous, driven, success-orientated A-Type personality.
• The successful applicant will be courageous and competitive, honest and who has vast amount of integrity.
• A graduate WITH AT LEAST 5 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN AN AGENCY ENVIRONMENT and/or marketing and sales environment with a proven track-record. A degree in Human Resources will be an advantage.
• A Proven Performance Track-Record.
• Exemplary References
• Clean Criminal Record (All candidates will be subjected to a screening process)
• At least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Must reside on the West Rand area as our offices are based in Helderkruin
• Must not be bound to a restraint of trade agreement.
• The company will provide basic training and full support within the first three months probationary period.
