The consultant will be responsible for developing and expanding our healthcare recruitment desk in the Western Cape.

To be considered for this position you will need:
- A minimum of five years of recruitment or sales experience, with a proven sales record
- Great people skills
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with clients
- Enjoy Travelling – you will be meeting clients at least 3 days a week
- Self motivated and able to work alone
- Passion for recruitment and sales work
- Grit and passion to be number 1. Competitive spirit.
- Currently living in Cape Town
- Driver’s License and own (reliable) transport

Specific tasks pertaining to the role
- Sourcing new businesses within regions allocated
- Development and maintenance of client base (min 30 client hospitals)
- Account Management for premiere clients
- Providing end to end recruitment services
- Meet Recruitment targets set
