Our client, a well established Accounting and Auditing Firm requires a Senior business risk consultant to join their team.

Qualification:
3 year Degree
A commercial/business, compliance or risk qualification would be an advantage.
An honours qualification would be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience:
3 to 4 years business risk management experience
Added advantage: risk management experience in a consulting firm
Excellent understanding of governance and risk frameworks
Microsoft (including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of risk programmes

Role/Job description:
Client facing role with the following requirements:
• Development of frameworks, policies, processes
• Conduct risk management assessments
• Develop risk registers
• Monitoring of risk activities
• Combined assurance reviews
• Risk maturity assessments
• Reporting to boards and audit committees
• Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
• Produce high quality work within the required timelines and budget
• Provide general support to the team

Travel requirements:
Regular travel based on client requirements
