This challenging role suits a tenacious and seasoned career sales specialist. (Dbn offices are based in La Lucia / Johannesburg offices based in Houghton)

The main duties of the position includes:

Identifying prospective investors through attending networking events, cold calling as well as mining your personal database.

Setting up client meetings in order to present and sell strategic land investment opportunities to high net worth individuals.

Candidate Requirements
You must have a proven track record in direct sales to high net worth individuals.

An active, qualified database with established sales relationships are essential.

You must be target driven with the ability to meet set target from month one.

The ability to network to expand your database.

You must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Confidence and good presentation skills are essential.
