We are urgently seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with experience in both technical and business roles. The incumbent will need expert knowledge specifically in the Payroll and Personnel Administration modules. Responsibilities: • Responsible for operating systems support and project support in Payroll and Personnel Administration • Ensure the ongoing operation of the live system with attention focused on calls logged for configuration as well as the solving of system errors • Support the existing and future projects in the Payroll and Personnel Administration area that must be completed – i.e. the implementation of improved Business Intelligence and Master Data Management solutions as well as the implementations of country versions for this area • Support other project areas when the integration with Payroll and Personnel Administration is a critical requirement • Ensure that the team has sufficient internal skills and outsourced support to ensure appropriate resource coverage • Support the HR Business Process Team Leader in the achievement of the HR IT roadmap which has defined a way forward for HR systems. This HR IT program includes future projects that will require ongoing integration to the existing systems • Business process analysis and support Qualifications and Experience: • Appropriate Diploma / Degree from a recognized institution • SAP Certification an advantage • A minimum of five years SAP experience with a minimum of three full life cycle implementations • Extensive SAP HCM Project experience – specifically in the Payroll and Personnel Administration areas • Basic Project Management experience as an HCM team lead specifically in the area of Payroll where development management experience is required • Business Process Design experience across HCM modules, specifically Payroll and Personnel Administration and the integration of PY/PA with other SAP solutions eg. BI, CRM • Leadership, facilitation and business consulting experience.
