Neg up to R19 000 depending on experience + Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Commission

Our client in the electronic industry seeks a technical minded seasoned Branch Manager for their Fourways branch. Applicants MUST have come from a technical background and/or Electronic, Hardware, IT, Plumbing, Cellphone and Electrical – NO furniture/clothing retail/food industry will be considered

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric plus 5 years Retail Management Experience, only type of industries that will be considered will Electronic, Hardware, IT, Cellphone
• Ability to deal with key stakeholders
• Staff management
• Drivers Licence
• Proven sales track record & ability to achieve set targets
• Solid/stable work record at previous employer

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Build portfolio of customers
• Operations of Branch
• Management of staff
• Stock control and management
• Build solid long term relationships with customers
• General Operations of Branch
