Minimum Requirements:

Completed Matric
Completed BSc Comp Sci. or equiv.
Minimum 5 yrs. relevant exp. in a development role, building product
Proven problem-solving ability
Preference to experience in a financial / compliance environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide thought leadership in the design of software solutions
Own, and lead the development architecture
Identify, define and apply great design processes and architecture
Drive continuous improvement lead
Enhance development team’s productivity
Ensure the dissemination of knowledge, and the adoption of new activities
