Full end to end recruitment!!  

POSITION   :  SENIOR TALENT PARTNER

LOCATION  :  PARKTOWN NORTH/ROSEBANK

SALARY      :  R 15 000 Basic + Comm to R 20 000 Basic + Comm

TYPE          :  6 MONTH CONTRACT TO START IMMEDIATELY!!!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Completed Matric 
  • Tertiary qualification in HR
  • At least 2 to 4 years of recruitment sales experience from end to end.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:-

  • Solid recruitment sales experience resulting in one achieving his/her targets
  • Thorough understanding of the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
  • Deadline and target driven to fill vacancies
  • MUST HAVE excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop new clients and grow existing accounts
  • Committed to driving recruitment sales and achieving targets
  • Be highly client and candidate focussed with incredible time management skills 
  • Independent and able to think out the box when problem solving
  • Strong work ethic, have the ability to self-motivate, drive efficiency, and remain highly focussed on achieving targets set.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- 

  • New business through cold calling
  • Drive and lead the recruitment process for positions for our clients ensuring their recruitment needs are met timeously and urgently.
  • Ability to market the company in a positive and professional manner
  • A thorough understanding of the recruitment process from Cold calling, landing a vacancy, creating job adverts, to screening resumes, interviewing candidates, managing client and candidate expectations, salary negotiations and filling a vacancy.
  • Experienced in managing client and candidate expectations
  • Experience with social media platforms for recruiting, networking and Head Hunting
