NEW WORLD PERSONNEL requires a SENIOR TECHNOLOGIST with transportation experience for a consulting engineering concern based in RICHARDS BAY

REQUIREMENTS
BTech Engineering (Civil)
Must be registered with ECSA as a Pr Tech Engineer.
At least 10 years’ post qualification experience – at a senior level.
Relevant Design Software experience. e.g. one or more Road geometrics / water + sewer reticulation as well as some Structural Design capability.
Computer & Design skills – Ms. Office & Projects, Civil 3D (beneficial) & AutoCAD.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
A participative management style.
Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
Experience managing small teams.
Experience with preparation of Project proposals in a Transportation/Business Division
Experience with detailed design, preparation of tender documents, construction monitoring, contract administration & project management in a Transportation/Business Division.
Experience with financial cost management.
Experience with Constructions management/site supervision.
Project management experience.
Must have own vehicle and be prepared to travel to sites.
