Requirements include a BSc or BTech Civil Engineering; Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer/Technologist; Have at least 10 - 15 years post graduate experience and a solid background in traffic and transportation engineering with 10 – 15 years’ experience including but not limited to traffic modelling, signal design, traffic concepts, bus rapid transport, etc. and involving the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of transportation facilities.
