Provide information to clients concerning local Safari tours
Handle booking for accommodation,
Prepare quotes for clients
Liaise with clients both local and international tourists
Prepare itineraries for clients
Presentations to individuals and corporates
Organise and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements
Issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation

Relevant degree a pre-requisite, three years experience, fluent in English, French and Germany an added advantage.
