Your key job responsibilities as the Senior UX Designer in Johannesburg:

- Confirm business objectives and define user objectives & flows

- Front end web development using HTML, CSS JavaScript and Bootstrap framework

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support user testing

- Map business processes against the packed solutions to identify any gaps in usability

- Build wireframes & convert wireframes into a working prototype

- Collaborate with technical leads in order to design innovative & engaging user experiences within platform constraints and technical limitations

- Perform and conduct usability testing, rapid iterative usability testing and more in-depth validation

- Work closely with the UI designers to ensure adherence to design guidelines & best practices across all platform

- Research interaction design trends

- Research technology trends

Requirements for this Senior UX Designer job in Johannesburg:

- 5+ years’ experience in a UX design role

- Proven experience in building and designing user-centric applications/websites

- Proven experience building wireframes & converting wireframes into a working prototype

- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies across multiple platforms

- Must understand UX customer behaviour and analytics

- Be able to design and build using HTML, CSS JavaScript and Bootstrap framework

- Must understand the principles of SEO
