Senior Web Developer position is available with a great company in the Johannesburg area. The client is looking for someone with strong experience in C#, leadership characteristics, client-facing, Enthusiastic and well-spoken .

Responsibilities:
• An understanding of the full development life cycle:
• Provide project timings and assist with project planning from a technical perspective
• Application architecture (perform analyses and provide technical documentation)
• Implement the best solution (within the project and technology constraints and timelines) in conjunction with Junior Developers providing guidance and/or support where required.
• With experience application architecture for micro-sites and larger web sites, the individual must be enthusiastic and up to date with current and future development technologies.
• Provide input from a project planning perspective and setting guidelines for project deliverables for the client service and project management teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in IT Software Development
• An ability to work well under pressure to deliver projects on time is essential.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET for .NET 4.0
• XML Web Services & Restful services
• MS SQL Server 2008 - Strong TSQL/LINQ and a understanding of database design
• XML and XSLT, XPath
• Strong CSS and XHTML
• JavaScript, JSON, jQuery & AJAX
• Able to develop to best practices
• 4 + years of software development experience.
• SharePoint 2007 and 2010 CMS Implementation experience
