Our client, based in Umhlanga and operating in the Automotive sector, seeks to employ a Service Advisor to join their team. As this is a luxury brand, the main focus will be customer engagement and creating a "WOW" service experience for clients.

MINIMUM of 3 years experience in a similar environment

Exceptionally well presented and well spoken

Automate experience preferable

Must be able to provide Individual rating track record

Daily responsibilities will include:

Book in 3-6 vehicles daily

Creating and managing booking system

Meet and greet service guests

Carry out booking in process

Communicate with clients throughout the day on vehicle progress/additional faults reported by technician

Calling for authorisation for claims (fleet and extended policies)

Costing of job cards
