We are looking for a very special candidate for a franchise dealership in the Northern Suburbs.

This is a trainee position and the salary on offer is from R8500 to R10 000 per month, depending on previous experience.

Job duties to include, but not be limited to:
• Arrange appointments with clients for services and repairs on their vehicles.
• Meet and greet and welcoming clients in the service department.
• Data capturing of client information on the system.
• Assisting service advisors in their function.
Requirements:
• South African Citizen
• Minimum Tertiary Qualification essential – this is not negotiable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous working experience in the Motor industry, such as Car Rental agent/ External Service Provider.
• Passionate about customer service excellence.
• Basic understanding / knowledge of motor vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with no endorsements
• Computer literate
• Clear criminal record.
• Clear ITC record (no judgements)
• Contactable references (previous managers, not colleagues)
• Keen interest in the motor industry
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
