The knowledge and skills to maximise departmental profitability through the sale of labour and associated product.
Experience in the supervision of staff, management of performance, discipline and other staff management related functions.
Ability to ensure budget and expense objectives are monitored and achieved
Ability to manage labour utilization, productivity and sales

QUALIFICATIONS:
Matric
Qualified diesel technician
Relevant post matric qualification in Management will be an advantage
